- Polymer Honeycomb Core: Crafted with a durable polymer honeycomb core, the Alecto paddle offers optimal strength and resilience without compromising on weight, ensuring durability and resistance to wear and impact.
- Streamlined Construction: Our thermoforming process seals the paddle's core and edges, expanding the sweet spot and increasing power for enhanced performance on the court.
- Balanced Control: The Alecto paddle's hybrid shape provides a perfect balance between power and control, while the foam-injected edge and handle offer increased stability and a larger sweet spot for better ball control.

FAQ
- What’s the difference between all the Alecto’s? The Alecto3 Red is a Gen3 Kevlar for power. the Alecto Blue is a Gen2 Kevlar for control. the Alecto Green is Gen2 Kevlar/carbon fiber weave and is in the middle. All are hybrid shape.
- How should I keep my Alecto clean? While surface dust that eventually collects on the Alecto will not significantly affect gameplay, you can always use either water or a Pickleball Cleaner spray (like this one) to wipe away aesthetic dust and ball particles from your paddle. We do NOT recommend traditional carbon fiber paddle erasers as they may force particles on the surface from causing extra abrasion and potentially damaging the kevlar fibers.
- Why is it called "Alecto"? We're glad you asked! Alecto is one of the three Furies in Greek mythology, generally associated with vengeance. She's also a winged and unrelenting sister, along with Tisiphone and Megaera. So get out there and punish your opponents popups with a vengeance!
- What is your return policy? We're confident you'll love your paddle and will take back within the return window, no questions asked - read more about our return policy here. If you're not sure if this paddle is right for you, we strongly encourage you to try out our demo program instead of making a purchase, since we charge a restocking fee to return used paddles as we cannot sell them as new.
- Does my paddle have a warranty? Of course! We have an industry standard six month warranty against manufacturer defects - read more about it here.

As I get into pickleball I look around the courts at the various paddle options and know that I'm not good enough that a $300 investment is wise at this point. However, the specs on the Alecta Blue match many of the high-cost paddles out there. Considering the cost, I had to give it a try. I am much more confident with my swings, blocks, and dinks than I was before. I like the additional noticeable weight which, coming from tennis, gives me more of a plow through that I'm looking for. I appreciate that gritty surface and core-composition of the paddle to give me the chance to spin the ball to where I aim. As my technique improves I anticipate this paddle will continue to provide the next-gen technology that I see being used by the players much better than me. I like the 16mm thickness and the longer handle to control my two-handed backhand and I think the paddle handle feels great in the hand on serves and forehands when I want to take a rip at it. I do notice that if I don't hit the sweet spot on dinks or drops then I tend to lose enough power that it really has me focusing on my technique. I'm not sure that there is a paddle out there that performs as well outside the sweet spot as it does within. Overall I've very impressed with my first 'real' pickleball paddle and have recommended it to my friends who are being tempted to move to PB from tennis.
Put a hesacore paddle grip and YONEX overgrip on this and I'm very satisfied. Won't even touch my other paddles.
The paddle itself is nice. Good spin and very good control. Best control paddle I've tried out. Power is lacking, but that's to be expected. Now I'm not going to get into the debate on kevlar and carbon fiber surfaces. There really isn't THAT much difference between the two from what I can tell. This paddle does have a softer touch than my carbon fiber paddles. That comes at the expense of some power though. Those factors suit my game just fine. I very much prefer control over power. Will buy another Pickln paddle in the future too.
I purchased 2 of the Alecto Blues on the Pickln website, but my order was stuck in “preparing for shipping” for multiple days, so I reached out to customer support. They let me know that my order had been sent to Amazon for fulfillment. After a few more days passed with no progress, I reached out to customer service again. They apologized for the delay, shipped me 2 Alecto Blues from their in house inventory the very next day and added a couple freebie knickknacks for the trouble. Their communication is absolutely top notch, which can’t be said of most of the smaller pickleball paddle companies.
This paddle is nice upgrade from the Vatic Pro Prism Flash that I was using. The transition didn’t take very long and it’s much more capable. There was an issue with my order. I contacted customer service and less than 10 minutes they got back to me and fully resolved the issue. Excellent customer service, that’s how you keep customers.
Paddles weared down extremely fast after normal use. Contacted the company to ask what to do but recieved no response.
