How It Works:

1. Choose Your Paddle: Select your preferred paddle from our curated collection of top-rated pickleball paddles. Each paddle is crafted with precision and designed to elevate your game. You may receive a previously demo’ed paddle or a new paddle. If you are seriously considering a purchase and want to try before you buy, contact us with your order number or add a buyer’s note and we’ll do our best to send you a new unit, inventory permitting.  
2. Order Your Demo: Place your order for the PicklePerfect Demo and have the paddle delivered to your doorstep. You pay a deposit and pay for shipping and if you want to keep your paddle, we'll apply that to the cost of your paddle purchase. If you want to return it, we'll return the deposit fully. We'll provide you with everything you need for a successful trial, including return instructions
3. Hit the Court: Unleash the power of your demo paddle on the pickleball court. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, our paddles are engineered to enhance your gameplay and bring out the best in your skills
4. Make Your Decision: After two weeks of play, decide if the paddle is your perfect match. If it's a match made in pickleball heaven, simply keep the paddle and we'll charge you the difference. If not, return it with our easy return process and we'll refund you your demo fee in full. Either way, please contact us to let us know how you'd like to proceed.

FAQ
So what happens if I want to return the paddle?
- If you want to keep it and don't return it, we charge you the difference in cost and you keep it (if you got a new demo) or we ship you a new one and you return your used demo
- If you do want to return it, we send you a prepaid return label and once we get the paddle back, we fully refund the deposit.
